Your Vintage linens to treasured keepsakes
Driven by a love for preserving the amazing handiwork of vintage items, I expertly create unique pieces from your linens that honor the beauty of yesteryear.

Dresser Topper to decorative pillow
Ann has many beautiful vintage linens that are from her family members. She was tired of keeping them in a closet where no one could see them. We worked together to figure out a way to make them useful and able to be displayed.
She brought in a linen table runner and wanted to know if we could repurpose it into something that can be displayed. Using the hemstiching seams, I folded the runner in half and sewed the three edges together. Now, Ann has a beautiful keepsake and display piece that remembers her ancestors in a meaningful way.

Grandma's tattered quilt to a Pair of useful bags
A sweet women contacted me regarding a quilt made by her grandmother. It was tattered and coming apart in places. But it was also gorgeous.
She asked if I could take the good parts and make a bag for her and a bag for her sister. Of course I could!
I took four of the whole Sunbonnet Sues from the quilt and made a pair of adorable bags that are an amazing way to remember Grandma's handiwork.

This is another project from Ann. She brought me a piece of antique needlepoint with rough edges and an antique pillow form.
I carefully added a mitered border to the outside of the piece and made a pillow cover. To reuse the antique pillow form and make it a little more substantial without dust coming through the pillow front, I wrapped it in multiple layers batting and re-inserted. It turned out beautifully!
