Blue Double Wedding Ring

This quilt started out as a pile of cut pieces, a few sewn arcs and a few larger pieces of fabric. I used what was provided, reworked the pieces that were cut, and ordered supplemental fabric. After all of that, the queen-size double wedding ring turned out amazing and was appreciated by the recipient.

Vintage Embroidered 50 States quilt

A client of mine had a collection of embroidered states' blocks completed in the '50s by her grandmother and a large piece of blue solid fabric. I created a layout and organized the blocks by date of admission to the union. I also embroidered two more blocks with information about the maker, where she was born and when the quilt was completed. I then quilted only in the borders so that the blocks remained untouched. It was an honor to finish this project and I am so proud of this work.

Vintage Embroidered tablecloth turned custom quilted quilt

My client had three pieces of a vintage embroidered tablecloth that were never completely finished. The embroidery was done, so I sewed the pieces together and custom quilted it. I completed the cross-hatching in and out of the medallions and other finishing details. It turned out beautifully!

Paper Pieced Detroit Lions Quilt

I made this for a huge Lions fan for Christmas. I even used a Lions minky blanket for the back. The possibilities are endless!!
